The polyurethane adhesive composition, in which an oxy acid of phosphorus or a derivative thereof, a carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof and an epoxy resin are combinedly used additionally, can serve as an adhesive for manufacturing food packaging materials, for instance, giving bonds having very good bond strength, heat resistance and hot water resistance between a metal foil and a plastic film.
