PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor solar cell which has a high conversion efficiency and in which a leakage current between a semiconductor layer and a metal layer can be prevented and its manufacturing cost is low. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor solar cell comprises a rear surface reflecting layer 103, a semiconductor junction layer 104 and a transparent electrode layer 108 sequentially laminated on a base 101 in which its surface is made of a metal layer, wherein the reflecting layer is formed of a mixture layer of an insulator 102a and metal 102b. |
