PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method of ferrite powder of high permeability which enables formation of ferrite resin of good injection molding property. CONSTITUTION:When ferrite powder is manufactured by grinding and burning after temporary burning, a temporary burning temperature is made 800 deg.C or higher and a burning temperature T2 ( deg.C) is made in a range of T1+50 deg.C<=T2<=T1+150 deg.C to an optimum sintering temperature T1 ( deg.C) during bulk-like molding. In the process, a reburning temperature T3 ( deg.C) can be made in a range of T2-100 deg.C<=T3<=T2 to the burning temperature T2( deg.C) by carrying out reburning at least once or more after burning. Furthermore, ferrite powder can be Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite powder. |
