PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric ceramic powder substance wherein a dielectric constant is as high as not less than 4500, a rate of change of an electrostatic capacitance is small flat over a wide temperature range, it can be sintered at relatively low temperature, a grain size is as small as not more than 1mum and dependency on voltage is small to be able to deal with the films thinning of a ceramic dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION:As against BaTiO3 of 100 moles having the contents of impurity alkali metal oxide of not more than 0.03% by weight, an organic metal compound which is made up of additional elements and soluble in an organic solvent, of 0.700 to 0.811 moles calculated in terms of Nb2O5, 0.186 to 0.217 moles calculated in terms of CO2O3, 0.0132 to 0.0153 moles calculated in terms of Nd2O3, 0.154 to 0.179 moles calculated in terms of MnO2 and 0.294 to 0.341 moles calculated in terms of SiO2 is fixedly stuck to the surface of a BaTiO3 powder substance. |
