PURPOSE:To suppress bleeding out of an adhesive from the peripheral edges of a disk substrate and a hub while assuring high strength of adhesion even if the amt. of the adhesive to be used fluctuates. CONSTITUTION:Liquid reserving parts 7 are formed in the part of a hub 1 to be adhered to the disk substrate 11. Formed air bubbles move into the liquid reserving parts 7 and do not adversely affect the strength of adhesion in the case of a small amt. of the adhesive 12 if the adhesive 12 is dropped to adhere the hub 1 to the disk substrate 11. The excess adhesive is stored in the liquid reserving parts 7 to suppress bleeding out of the adhesive from the part to be adhered in the case of the large amt. of the adhesive 12. The liquid reserving parts 7 may be constituted of an annular groove 5 and grooves 6 extending outward from this annular groove. The above-mentioned liquid reserving parts may be formed in the part to be adhered of at least either of the disk substrate and the hub constituting the information recording medium.
