PURPOSE:To simply adjust the distance between optical axes of respective parallel light fluxes of an optical pickup having two-axis device. CONSTITUTION:A mechanism 30 adjusting the location of optical axis is provided on one device of an optical pickup 10 having two-axis device. The mechanism 30 is made up of a prism 31 parallel to a parallel light L which is made parallel by a colimeter lens 12, rotation adjustment board 32 mounting the prism 31, and a pair of mounting screws 33 mounting the board 32 on the box of one device. Thus, by taking an optical axis C0 of the parallel light flux of the other device as reference, the distance H between optical axes in the radial direction of a magneto-optical disk 2 between the optical axis C0 of the parallel light flux of the other device and an optical axis C of the parallel light flux of one device is adjusted. |
