The clamping sleeve (2) inner surface has a rounded surface on the opposite facing sides of the axial gap (4). The clamping sleeve has axially spaced apart teeth (6) extending over its periphery. The clamping sleeve's outer surface has a partly cylindrical shape from each of the axially extending lengthwise ridges (50, 52). The clamping sleeve's outer surface has ridges (20) spaced apart in a peripheral direction axially, and of increasing height. The radially outermost surfaces of the ridges form an outer conical surface for the clamping sleeve. The higher ends (20b) of each ridge has a radially outward extending step (22).
