Support frame enabling vehicle to carry long loads

Support frame in which the holding shank (1) can be set at different angles of inclination to suit the load. The shank is flexibly attached to the floor of a vehicle body or to a foot section (5). A first support part (3) extends outwards from a middle section of the main shank to a point at a distance from the foot of the shank. A second support part (4) is provided as an addition or an alternative to the first support and extends outwards from the upper end region of the main shank approximately horizontally to the side opposite the carrier shank (2).
