The wheel chair with a driving motor includes the wheels on which a rotating handle for each wheel is attached on the external side and which are formed on both sides of a chair having the elbow rest, an assistant wheel mounted on the frontal lower side of the chair, the handle attached on both sides of the back sides of the chair and a hand brake mounted on the elbow rest, wherein a motor as a decelerator or a driving motor is installed on the lower side of the back of the chair, a driving shaft is installed supported by the supporting bars on both sides of the motor, a clutch and a sprocket are installed on one end of the driving shaft, a brake and a sprocket are installed on the rotating axle of the wheel, the sprocket of the wheel and the sprocket of the driving shaft are connected with a chain, and a brake of the wheel, the clutch of the driving shaft and the hand brake are connected with a wire, thereby providing the wheel chair having a driving motor which can be operated easily and safely by user without pains for going up and down the sloping way and freely controlled for rotating the direction.
