The negative potential curative apparatus comprises: a negative potential supplying circuit including first and second power switches, a display lamp, an intensity adjuster, a boosting negative potential generator and a negative potential output terminal; a power switch; a low-pass filter; first and second switching elements; an output terminal connected to a conductive line or a matress and to the boosting and negative potential generator; a rectifying and smoothing circuit connected to the gate of the first switching element; and a driving circuit connected to the gate of the second switching element. The apparatus reduces a manufacturing cost.
