PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING AN ITEM OF FOOTGEAR WITH HIGH-LEVEL TORSION AND FLEXURE CHARACTERISTICS AND ITEM OF FOOTGEAR MANUFACTURED WITH THIS PROCESS

The process for manufacturing an item of footgear with high-level torsion and flexure characteristics consists: in associating with a preformed lining (1) of the item of footgear a means (5) for the internal finishing of the lining, this means having in turn a locator means (6) for the centering of the lining on an insole or shell (2) in a preset manner; in joining the lining to the insole by virtue of the centering means (6) and in subsequently associating the lining, which is joined to the insole, with the upper (30) of the item of footgear, subsequently fixing the upper at lest laterally to a ridge (11) that extends from the insole; in connecting a sole (28) to the insole by injecting an appropriate material between the insole and the sole to form an integrated monolithic modular structure.
