<p>The autonomous transporter comprises a small frame (1) provided with a crawler track (4) mounted on rollers (2 and 5), the roller (5) being driven by a small motor (7) mounted also on the frame (1). The frame is also provided with side foot-rails (14) on which the skier stands with his or her ski-boot, thereby forming a compact assembly, of reduced weight and volume, which may be fixed to the back and shoulders of the skier like a rucksack, during the descent phase of the skier on his or her own skis.</p> |
