OUTPUT BUFFER CIRCUIT

摘要

The output buffer circuit applies (Vcc-VT) on a gate of N-channel transister so that noise in output buffer circuit is decreased. The voltage of (Vcc-VT) is applied when Vout is changed from high to low level and Vcc is applied to a gate of N-channel transister N4 after output voltage level is decreased to a certain level so that output voltage level drops to Vss without Vss noise generated when output voltage drops from high to low.
