METHOD OF MAKING STEEL SHEETS WITH REMOVING OF FINGERPRINT

The steel sheet is simultaneously chromated and coated with resin in a solution including 0.25-10 g/l Cr and 1-40 % solid component, and controlled to 4-10 cps viscosity, 1.0-1.1 density and 1.0-3.0 pH under condition that the circular speed rate of applicator roll to pick-up roll is 1.0-2.5 and the nip pressure between applicator rolla dn pick-up roll is 350-500 kg/cm2; and is baked at 300-400 deg.C to be the chromated thickness of 1-100 mg/m2 and the resin coated thickness of 300-1400 mg/m2. The steel sheet has improved corrosion resistance, fingerprint staining resistance, surface colour hue, conductivity and paint adhesion property.
