The peaks fold in an accordion-like manner when pressed by fingers to cushion the fingers. A T-shirt style bag has strap handles whose juncture with the mouth of the bag has a wave form configuration of peaks and valleys. A dispensing rack having two support arms which hold open a plastic bag either by notches, bends or sleeves. The plastic bag has opposing pairs of aligned apertures whose contour has peaks and valleys. The support arms are inserted each through a respective pair of aligned apertures.</p> |
