Glass grains colored with dye or pigment are placed inside a mold applied with an alumina mixture containing 20-30 % by weight of alumina and 1-5 % by weight of adhesive, and then sheet glass is put in, heated in a calcine furnace at a temperature of 650 to 750 deg.C, rapidly cooled to 450 deg.C, slowly cooled, and then released. The sheet glass of the present invention can be used in a wide application range, and various colors can be obtained.
