COMPOSITION OF ANTICORROSIVE USING AUTOCLAVED LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE

The rust preventing agent for lightweight pore concrete reinforcing materials is composed of 50-90 wt.% styrene-butadiene-acrylate based aqueous emulsion and 10-50 wt.% inorganic pigment. Styrene-butadiene-acrylate based aqueous emulsion consists of 17-39 wt.% styrene-butadiene-acrylate polymer, 1-3 wt.% surfactant and 60-80 wt.% mixed aqueous solution which comprises butyl carbitol and butyl cellulose in the ratio of 1 to 1. The inorganic pigment comprises one or two components of magnetite, talc, kaolinite and magnesite.
