The present invention relates to a turbomachine rotor (1) comprising a disc (10) exhibiting a plurality of annular ribs (15) extending outwards, a plurality of radial blades (11) distributed at the periphery of the disc (10), made of composite material and with a notched root fitting onto the ribs (15), and pins (19) for fastening the blades (11) onto the disc (10). Each blade (11) is fastened by two pins (19), and each pin (19) fastens two neighbouring blades (11a, 11b). The butt ends (17) of a blade root (12) are distributed in two groups of butt ends which are offset towards the pressure face side and towards the suction face side. <IMAGE>
