(I) H = KR-0.35...(I) (where H; height of the distribution plate's hole, K; constant of the distribution plate, 80 <= K <= 100, R; distance from the center of the plate to the center of the hole, 0 <= R <= 80 mm), and through the spinneret (4) in a way that the extrusion velocity, the extrusion pressure and the viscosity of the solution at the spinneret's hole of the center of (4) and at the circumferential part (82) are uniform.
