<p>Improved thermoplastic articles are described, which include a substrate molded from a composition of polyphenylene ether resin and polyamide resin, and a coating which is applied directly to the substrate, in the absence of a primer layer. The substrate can be pretreated with an acid processing agent and a surfactant processing agent.</p> |
