PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of malfunction during power-on, by a method wherein, in a title device which has a detecting means detecting a solar radiation light volume, during making of an air conditioner, air conditioning of the interior of a car room is controlled by means of a signal equivalent to an about average value of output signals from the detecting means. CONSTITUTION:When strong solar radiation is applied on a photo diode 28, a current flowing through the photo diode 28 is increased, and the output voltage of an operational amplifier 27 is increased. The increased output voltage is inputted to an operational amplifier 33 through a delay circuit 37, after it is inverted and amplified, it enters a control means 39, by which air conditioning control is executed. In this constitution, an output means 42 is provided for storing an average value of outputs provided from the operational amplifier 33 during maximum output and minimum output of the photo diode 28. During making of an air conditioner switch 29,a selecting means 43 is switched from a switching control means 44 to the constant time output means 42 side, and air conditioning is performed by the control means 39 according to an output from the output means 42. |
