The subject of the present invention is a method for assaying furocoumarins performed using anti-furocoumarin antibodies obtained by immunising animals with furocoumarin/antigenic carrier molecule complexes. The invention also relates to the reagents and kits containing these reagents for the implementation of this assay method.
