PURPOSE: To obtain a makeup having such superior transfer resistance as to prevent transfer from the skin or a lip to other part by incorporating a volatile solvent, silicone resin, wax, powder and oil in a certain ratio. CONSTITUTION: This transfer resistant cosmetic compsn. contains 1-70% volatile solvent, 0.1-15% silicone resin, 10-45% wax, 5-50% powder and 1-30% oil. The volatile solvent is preferably cyclic silicone represented by formula I (where 3<=n<=), volatile linear polydimethylsiloxane represented by formula II of 3-9 Si (where 1<=n<=7), 8-20C isoparaffin or a mixture of them. The silicone resin is, e.g. silicone ester wax. The wax is, e.g. ceresin or paraffin wax. The powder is, e.g. pigment powder. The oil is, e.g. a mixture of low viscosity surface coil such as isotridecyl isononanoate with high viscosity surface oil such as castor oil. |
