ELECTRIC DISCHARGE MACHINING LIQUID AND ELECTRIC DISCHARGE MACHINING USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To provide a method for electric discharge machining giving satisfactory working accuracy or the like by slowing down the rate of sedimentation of a powder additive material and providing for use electric discharge machining liquid having the uniform concentration of the additive material by slight agitation. CONSTITUTION:Electric discharge is produced through working liquid in a thin gap formed between a working electrode and workpiece. In the electric discharge machining of the workpiece, a surface active agent is added for use to the working liquid mixed with powder additive material as working liquid.
