PURPOSE:To inject a uniform parison by contacting the peripheral side of an internal ring-shaped block with the inside of a lower plate and by installing a member which prevents the internal ring-shaped block from falling on the inside of the lower plate. CONSTITUTION:A slit adjusting member 40 is installed which adjusts the cross section of an opening to make the pressure loss uniform along the circumference of a resin passage 18 by engaging its one end in an internal ring-shaped block 34 and by installing the other end in the resin passage 18. A lower plate 36 which is attached at the lower end of a lower die housing 12b and prevents the width deformation of an outlet slit 17 with a flat ring shape due to the resin pressure at the time of injection of a parison 35 and a cotter member 38 which is between the lower plate 36 and the internal ring-shaped block 34, contacts its peripheral side with the inside of the lower plate 36, and is fixed on its inside to prevent the internal ring-shaped block from falling are installed.
