PURPOSE:To provide a molded product having uniform thickness as a whole without deformation by swelling of a laminate caused by the migration of the thickness of a foamed layer. CONSTITUTION:In the setting of a laminate P in a vacuum molding mold 2, when the middle part of the molding surface of the laminate P contacts the middle part of the mold surface 2a of a vacuum molding mold 2, the molding surface of the fringe part separated from the middle of the laminate P is set on the mold surface of the vacuum molding mold 2, while clasps 1a, 1b... are moved close to the vacuum molding mold 2 along the side of mold 2 to relax their tensile strength. |
