PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method without any danger by non-contact working by which the lower side of a pipe material for shade frame of a hand rail for inserting a glass is cut by a laser beam so that the width size for inserting the glass is not wrong and a U-shaped reinforced metal fitted in the inner part can easily be welded. CONSTITUTION:By the laser beam, bridge parts 4 in the suitable interval in the width (a) of the glass thickness are provided at the lower side and the U-shaped long holding body 3 for holding the glass is inserted into the inner part of the pipe material 1 provided with a cat rectangular cut-off part 2 and the opening parts 5, 5 in the cut-off part 2 and both ends of the holding body 3 are welded. Thereafter, the bridge parts 4 are cut off by a hand saw, etc., to connect the cut-off parts 2 and the bridge parts 4 are welded to the holding part 3 to manufacture the shade frame A for receiving glass. |
