PURPOSE:To provide an ethylene-polymer-contg. resin compsn. remarkably improved in heat aging resistance while keeping intact the oil resistance, flame retardancy and heat deformation resistance thereof. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. comprising 100 pts.wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate unit content of at most 20wt.% and/or ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer having an ethyl acrylate unit content of at most 20wt.%, 5-120 pts.wt. low-density linear polyethylene, and 20-80 pts.wt. bromine- and/or chlorine-contg. flame retardant is blended with 5-20 pts.wt. Sb2O3 (exclusive of 20 pts.wt.) and 20-50 pts.wt. ZnO. |
