PURPOSE:To set respective shift rods in a proper speed change condition only by operating a single speed change operation lever along a prescribed operation pattern by adopting such a means as forming an engaging part and a flexible part in an operation member interlocked with/connected to a large number of shift rods. CONSTITUTION:A large number of plate-like shift operation members 24-26 linked respectively to a large number of shift rods 10-12 constituting a linking mechanism K, are supported respectively slidably freely inside of an operation guide plate 16. An operation lever 13 is inserted from respective insertion holes 27-29 of the respective shift operation members 24-26. On the other hand, the operation lever 13 is arranged so as to be operable only in a prescribed operation pattern by an operation guide A composed of plural operation passages.
