PURPOSE:To provide a continuous dissolver capable of continuously obtaining a requisite amt. of a soln. CONSTITUTION:A liq. mixture of solute and solvent is contiuously introduced into a dissolution tank 10, and the soln. is continuously delivered. A pressure controlled by a pressure control valve 40 is generated in the tank. The target pressure is set independently of the target temp. A scraper 12 is rotated to agitate the soln. in the tank 10 and to scrape off the soln. adhering to the inner wall, and a uniform concd. soln. which is not scorched is continuously delivered. |
