PURPOSE:To improve a blowing performance and reduce the noise by a method wherein an end part of a vertical vane at a fan side is pivotally supported by a supporting shaft arranged at a crossing point between a rotating shaft of the fan in an air blowing passage and a plane including a sectional plane in parallel with the rotating shaft and an end plate. CONSTITUTION:A vertical vane 1 is arranged within a plane containing a plurality of end plates 23 having a gang fan 16 defining at a cross angle with a direction of the rotating shaft. A front end, i.e., and end part 1a at the fans 16 is pivotally supported by each of supporting shafts 2 arranged at a crossing point between a linear line 3 extending in parallel with the rotating shaft 16a on a lower edge 17a of the air blowing passage and a plane containing the end plates 23, and rear end can be oscillated in a rightward or a leftward direction. For this reason, the vertical vane 1 arranged at a position where a slow air speed is found scarcely provides a resistance against blown air and air pressure received by the vertical vane 1 is also low. With such an arrangement as mentioned above, an air blowing performance can be improved and at the same time the noise can be reduced. |
