<p>PURPOSE:To provide an outer wrapping material welding method for vacuum heat insulating material preventing the generation of wrinkles to a welded part to the utmost so as not to generate slow leak to the welded part. CONSTITUTION:A plate like positioning guide 7 for positioning an outer wrapping material container 2 is fixed to the plane of a welding base 5. Along this positioning guide 7, the outer wrapping material container 2 with an inner wrapping material container 1 enclosed therein is mounted to the welding base 5. The recessed part of the outer wrapping material container 2 is covered with a lid member 3. Four corner parts of the flange 2a of the outer wrapping material container 2 are lifted to the height H2 by height adjusting screws 6a, and four corner parts of the flange 2a of the outer wrapping material container 2 are spot-welded to the lid member 3 by a spot-welding head 4.</p> |
