PURPOSE:To manufacture a highly precision molded form in one piece and to improve design freedom of the form by fusing a resin to a different kind of material and by suitably selecting such a different material to be used to make the best use of its characteristics for the molded form. CONSTITUTION:After a blank 5 and a blank 6 that are made of different materials are combined and placed into an aging mold 1 which is set for the temperature higher than the temperatures of glass transition of respective materials of the blanks 5 and 6, the blanks are kept at the temperature higher than the temperatures of glass transition of resin for a specified time, and further, the blanks 5 and 6 are annealed down to the temperature below the temperatures of heat distortion of respective materials of the blanks 5 and 6, resulting in precision manufacture of a molded form 7 in which the blanks 5 and 6 are fused together in one piece. |
