MANUFACTURE OF AUTOMOBILE TRUNK SIDE-TRIM

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain automobile trunk side-trim having desired performance in a short time. CONSTITUTION:Prepreg of polyester long fiber span bond nonwoven fabric impregnated with mixture of resol type phenol resin and polyvinyl alcohol, and dried so that curing thereof is almost finished but not completed is pressure- molded by means of a metal mold for trunk side trim. Thereby, automobile trunk side trim having necessary performance can be obtained sufficiently in a short time.
