PURPOSE:To easily mechanize manufacturing process of headrest and reduce proportion defective of product. CONSTITUTION:In a mold 1 consisting of an upper mold 11 having a mold face corresponding to a surface shape of a headrest and a lower mold 12, a mixed liquid of an isocyanate A and a polyol B as a raw material of polyurethane foam is led, in which the isocyanate A and the polyol B are made to react with each other so as to manufacture a headrest made of the polyurethane foam. A head contact face 120 of the mold corresponding to a head contact part of the headrest is previously coated with the polyol so as to form a coated layer 2. Both sides of the coated layer 2 are coated with a cross linking agent for accelerating curing reaction of the isocyanate or the isocyanate and the polyol so as to form a second coated layer 3. Thereafter, the mixed liquid is led into the mold 1 so as to make the coated layer 2, the second coated layer 3, and the mixed liquid react with each other. |
