PURPOSE:To provide a drive unit which is less restricted in a shape of engaged portions and usable in various fields at a lower cost. CONSTITUTION:A drive unit comprises an input shaft 23 to which an eccentric sun gear 21 is eccentrically fitted, a rotationally moving arm fixed to the end of the input shaft, a turning shaft 27 penetrating through the other end of the rotationally moving arm in parallel to the input shaft 23, an eccentric gear 28 eccentrically fitted to one end of the turning shaft 27 and engaged with the eccentric sun gear 21 and a pivotal shaft 29 protruded on the rotationally moving arm 25 at a distance (r) apart from the axes 37 of the input shaft 23 in parallel to two shafts. A tubular output shaft 30 is fitted outside to the pivotal shaft 29, a gear 33 engaged with a gear 32 provided at the other end of the pivotal shaft 27 is provided at one end of the output shaft, arms 34 are radially protruded at the end thereof, and engaging portions 35 engaged with the engaged portions are formed at the ends of the arms, so that the engaging portions 35 of the arms 34 are rectilinearly moved at a nearly constant speed in a fixed section by the constant speed rotation of the input shaft 23. |
