PURPOSE: To manufacture inexpensively at a low material cost, and to endure quickness, high speed running or a bumpy ground by arranging a shaft for fixing a wheel and the wheel in the inside of the longitudinal direction of a holding body. CONSTITUTION: Exercise equipment has a support body 1 for working as a standing surface for an exerciser's shoes 20, a right and left skating board looking similar to a short ski board having the front and rear wheels 4, 5 fixed to one shaft by the support body 1, and a brake device made of a brake and operational device. The shafts 2, 3 for fixing the wheels 4, 5 and the wheels 4, 5 are arranged in the inside of the longitudinal direction of the support body 1, and approximately two thirds of the diameter of the wheels 4, 5 are arranged in the inside of the longitudinal direction of the support body 1.
