PURPOSE:To provide a heating and ventilating system capable of shortening a heating rising time and serving a comfortable heating including near a floor when the ventilation is being carried out by a replacing ventilation system when an indoor area of a building is being heated. CONSTITUTION:A replacement ventilation air outlet 5 is installed below a space 2. There are provided near a ceiling surface 4 within the space 2 and air discharging gallery 9, a blower 10 for sucking and discharging air in the space, and a duct 11 for transporting discharged air from the blower. In addition, directing nozzles 12, 13, 14 and 15 connected to the duct 11 are arranged with a proper spacing being left, and each of the blowing ports in each of the nozzles is directed toward an elevation angle. |
