PURPOSE:To observe the reflecting, scattering and transmitting properties of a sample by forming a plurality of reflecting surfaces on a concentric line, condensing the lights reflected at the reflecting surfaces onto one point, thereby efficiently collecting the light. CONSTITUTION:A regular reflection light observing hole 11 is opened at the center of a main body 10 of a polyhedral irradiation mirror. Reflecting surfaces 12 13, 14, 15 are formed every equal distance on a concentric line centering the hole 11. A supporting device 16 sets the main body 10 at any position and any angles adjusted as desired. The light irradiated from a light source to the reflecting surfaces 12, 13, 14, 15 is reflected at the reflecting surfaces 12, 13, 14, 15 and condensed onto a sample S. The observing data by a regular reflection observing camera 18 set at the hole 11 of the main body 10 is sent and displayed at a display 21 through an optical fiber 19 and an amplifier 20. |
