<p>PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus capable of equalizing the bulk density of reutilizable plastic particles to enhance the same to a desired value and capable of releasing the surfaces of the plastic particles from a fibrous material becoming an obstacle. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for conditioning a reutilizable ground plastic material, especially, foamable polystyrol, a temp. regulator 17 and a cylindrical hermetically closed type conditioning container 2 having a supply port and a discharge port 24 and having a fixed part and a movable part provided therein are provided. The movable part is formed and arranged so that the plastic material comes into contact with at least the fixed part and the wall 3 of the cylindrical conditioning container 2 on the way to the discharge port 24.</p> |
