<p>PURPOSE:To improve the particulate polution and to prevent a lubricant contamination of a piston and a crankcase, by providing a particle removing device which has conductive nets, conductive matrixes, and a DC power source, to the EGR passage of a diesel engine or the like. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust gas output from a diesel engine 110 passes through a cooler 120 and a particle removing device 130, and it is fed to a pipe line 152, mixed with a flesh air, and then enters in the diesel engine 110. In the particle removing device 130, a conductive net group 230 and a conductive matrix group 240 are provided at the inner side of an outer frame 210, and the negative electrode of a DC power source 280 is connected to the conductive net group 230, while the positive electride is connected to the conductive matrix group 240. The exhaust gas passing through the particle removing device 130 secures the permeability by the holes of the conductive matrixes 241 to 246, and passes on the Flectron surfaces of the conductive matrixes 241 to 246, where particles such as soot are collected. The collected soot and the like drop down by the gravity so as to be accumulated on a pan 260, when the DC power source 280 is cut off.</p> |
