发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING COOLING TEMPERATURE OF STEEL PLATE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To attain high-precision cooling shut down temperature control with a simple equipment constitution by fixing a cooling zone length and the number of used nozzles and changing the nozzle flow rate of a cooling equipment according to the change rate in proportion of the acceleration rate or deceleration rate. CONSTITUTION:When the flow rate of the nozzles 7 of the cooling zone is changed in proportion to variation of the rolling speed of a steel plate 10, the cooling of the steel plate 10 can be changed without changing the length of the cooling zone to accelerate or decelerate the thermal flow velocity. Therefore, control units is not controlled by the arrangement interval between headers such as a method for changing the cooling zone length, the cooling capacity of the steel plate 10 is changed continuously in proportion to the variation of the speed and can hit the target cooling shut down temperature. No error is generated by the dispersion of response lag of the opening/closing of the valve 3 such as the method for changing the cooling zone length in the accuracy of the cooling shut down temperature.</p>
