<p>PURPOSE: To reduce space and to ensure reliability of operation while reducing number and elements of devices by combining a pressure relief valve and a pressure sequence valve and integrating them to a unit. CONSTITUTION: A pump P is connected to a port 10, a load A is connected to a load port 9, and a tank T is connected to a tank port T. In order to reduce pressure of the port of close mode of the pressure sequence valve 102, a third valve 103 is arranged in a close body 20. Open pressure of the valve 103 is approximately equal to the open pressure of the pressure sequence valve 102, and it is closed when the valve 102 is opened. By this manner, leakage of the valve 103 is prevented by a high pressure. Therefore, the pressure sequence valve 102 and the pressure relief valve 101 can be constituted as one unit, combination or connection directly to pressure port of the pump as an integration unit is possible.</p> |
