CONSTITUTION:The water in a tank 1 into which cold water C is fed is sucked out by a pump 4 and ejected, the water ejected from the pump 4 is collected into the tank 1 through a circulation line 5. Downstream from the pump 4 in the circulation line 5 a mixing device 6 is provided in which warm water is taken in, the temperature of this warm water is raised by blowing stream S in the state of air bubbles into the warm water. The hot water H house temperature has been raised is drawn out from a pipe 12 for users which branches off from the circulation line 5.
