<p>PURPOSE:To realize an easy crashing by hand and also a prevention of too complete a breaking to be reused, by a method wherein thread folding lines and valley folding lines are provided to cross a providing direction of a recessed and protruding part in which reducing lines and reducing surfaces for reducing can volume are provided. CONSTITUTION:In a side 1 of a hollow can made of metal material such as aluminum or iron, a recessed and protruding part 4 is formed in which a given number of reducing lines 5 and reducing surfaces 6 for reducing can volume are provided. In another direction to cross the direction of the recessed and protruding part 4, other recessed and protruding parts 3 and 3' comprising thread lines 7 and valley folding lines are provided. By forming the vertical recessed and protruding parts 3 and 3' crossingly, a zigzag structure makes the can strong enough against force from a can gripping direction and also strong enough against force in the vertical direction not be to crashed. Contrarily, if the recessed and protruding part 3 such as the folding line on the can side surface 1 is pushed only by fingers, the folding line on the recessed and protruding part 3 disappears with a characteristic sound of the metal, and at once, it becomes easy to crash the can in the vertical direction and the can volume can be reduced easily.</p> |
