PURPOSE:To provide a production device for snow like dry ice improved to be capable of almost uniformly heaping the produced snow like dry ice in a vessel. CONSTITUTION:In the device for producing the snow like dry ice by providing a horn like or tubular flow passage (7) at the tip of a nozzle (71) and adiabatically expanding liquefied carbon dioxide supplied from the nozzle (71) in the passage (7), the electrification of the snow like dry ice is prevented by making the nozzle (71) made of a material having <50muOMEGA.cm specific resistance and suppressing the generation of static electricity at the nozzle (71).
