PURPOSE:To make the impact absorbing force larger, and make it recyclable by making a single-faced corrugated fiberboard into a pillar shape by winding by several layers. CONSTITUTION:A single-faced corrugated fiberboard 2 is made into a pillar shape by winding by several layers, and respective interlayer parts are not bonded or bonded only by appropriate intervals. Therefore, when an impact is received, the center core 1 can be relieved, and also the relieving direction, i.e., crushing direction does not become one direction, and a buckling phenomenon of the center core 1 does not take place, and a sufficient cushioning effect can be presented. Also, when the outer the center core 1 is formed on the outer peripheral side of the single-faced corrugated fiberboard 2, the wider the relieving space becomes, and the cushioning effect can be increased. Also, the winding final end of the one-face corrugated fiberboard 2 is fixed while remaining a bonding edge piece at the tip, for a packaging material. In addition, on the outermost side of the wound cushioning material, a cylindrical frame made of a paper, fabric, or elastic metal plate is wound. By doing this, the center core 1 only deforms and is restored without being buckled, and therefore, repeated absorbings of an impact are possible. |
