PURPOSE:To enhance delivery accuracy by integrating the cross-sectional area of fluid delivered onto a work thereby calculating the volume of the fluid and then inputting the differences between a plurality of calculated values to a control means thereby correcting the delivery. CONSTITUTION:Fluid delivered from a constant delivery unit 2 onto a work 36 is cut by means of a laser light emitted from 8 laser light source 16 and a control means 38 calculates the cross-sectional area which is then integrated thus calculating the volume of delivered fluid. In this regard, calculated volumes are stored as a plurality of calculated values S1-Sn through predetermined times of sampling. The calculated values S1-Sn are compared each other and the differences are determined. The differences are inputted to the control means 38 which then delivers a correction signal to the unit 2 thus subjecting the delivery thereof to closed loop control (feedback control). This method corrects the allowance of the unit and sets an appropriate delivery thus enhancing reliability of the unit 2. |
