PURPOSE: To easily and inexpensively fit an air module and to save a space by integrally connecting first and second fastener devices to an air bag and a reaction device, directly engaging them and connecting the air bag and the reaction device. CONSTITUTION: An air bag module 8 has a gas generator 46, an air bag 16 and a reaction device 18 having a space 44. A fastener device 10 fixing the air bag 16 to the reaction device 18 is formed of a flexible strip 12 and a hook- like fastener device 14. The base part 28 of the fastener device 14 is integral to the strip 12 sewed to the inner side of the opening part 40 of the air bag 16. Through holes 58 and 59 and a holding part 60 are formed on the wall 43 of the reaction device 18 and the jaw part 36 and the base part 28 of the fastener device 14 can be hooked around the holding part 60. Thus, manufacture and assembly can comparatively easily and inexpensively be executed and a whole size can be miniaturized. |
