<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a curved surface decorative member having a wooden decorative surface having a high grade feeling, having a painting feeling without applying painting and having surface hardness using veneer and to produce a decorative material for the decorative member. CONSTITUTION:In a decorative material 1 composed of a veneer sheet 4, an ionizing radiation curable resin layer 2 with an elongation of 30% or more is provided on the surface side of the decorative material 1 and a decorative layer 3, the veneer sheet 4, an adhesive layer 5a and a backing sheet 6 are successively provided under the layer 2. The ionizing radiation curable resin layer and the decorative layer are preliminarily transferred and formed to the veneer sheet 4 as transfer foils. The ionizing radiation curable resin layer may be cured before the decorative material is bonded to a curved surface base material but, when it is cured after the decorative material is bonded, the bonding thereof to a curved surface becomes easy to perform and, since the ionizing radiation curable resin layer can be made thick, a painting feeling becomes better.</p> |
